Thanks. My 180 day clock will be expiring by the next AE award. :(

This recent AE or the next one? Maybe there's hope for a quick clean up AE.

I dont know how many nights you spend there. Personally, when I was JFK based, I used the 5 towns motor inn. It was about $110 out the door.

Consistently I used to get the Marriott Courtyard JFK for $79 on priceline, mid $90s out the door...(UAL, AA hotel just down the street from the Doubletree)

Unfortunately they don't come to the terminals so you got to take the Airtrain to Federal Circle. (free)

Unless you manage to convince them you are AA or UAL, then the come and pick you up...

They will drop at the terminal.

Cheers
George

You got that right!! I'm having second thoughts now wondering if I did the right thing. I'm gonna be sooooooo junior..... I've already put my MD in (just to cover myself).:)

As a former JFK commuter, I'd say going to Fedral Circle might be quicker. On the last few layovers, typical wait the last few times was at least 30 minutes in the horseshoe. Last time we took a cab and they paid for it!

Not exactly the way to start off the morning:

( found this in TWG notepad 09-12: "PD requests and APD requests for the next bid period will be processed as part of the daily PCS bid processing beginning at 0700E on the 20th day of the current bid month." ) So where are these new trips showing up in open time coming from between the 16th and 19th??
thx

Military leave requests, sick leave, pilots scheduled into training slots from the AE ect...

Why AMR? Well, where do I start? 1. Severely cripple the Oneworld alliance. 2. Get AMR's Latin America route structure. 3. Get their almost brand new JFK terminal. 4. Get their DFW operation. Those are just 4 off the top of my head.

Jet Blue? Not so much. The only reason to acquire them is to get rid of a competitor. Delta could just get more 320's and do exactly what JB is doing now. Cannot do that with AMR.

Denny

We can't touch what JetBlue is doing now. They would kick our butts from one end of the playing field to the other. Take a look at the CASM's of each airline on the A320. Its all about cost in the end.
