I agree Ice. I hesitate to jump the chain of command. I know that my CPO is aware of the issues. I'm sure I don't understand the process by which gates are assigned in LA. I do know, however, that our flights to my base are being delayed for other airlines. With all of the emphasis on trip on-time closure (to use an Air Force term), and all we are doing to make sure we hit our landing window, it does seem a bit arbitrary when we actual arrive on-time after a 5 + hour flight and the gate we were assigned from prior to departure until precisely at arrival is somehow changed.

Not sure PBS worked right this month, but, not complaining. I benefited.

Anyone else paying attention to the massive turd of a TA UAL/CAL pilots received? If it's ratified, it won't help us at all. We will be lucky if it doesn't pull us down!!!

Ah ha! Is that what is was? First the missed field goals (Wide right/Wide left) of the 90's, now the turnovers.

Now all that needs to happen is a Notre Dame vs. UF National Championship.

Is there someway you can get a Notre Dame win against USC and an Alabama and Georgia to lose when they pay each other next week? :D

I know their pay is a year behind us and a little less, but what else is wrong with it, Johnson. I stopped looking after I saw that.

Yes, their MEC is towing the company line that they can't pay Delta rates until 2014 because they haven't realized merger synergies yet. Whose fault is that? Management did little to facilitate a single company, at least where the pilot group is concerned. Now the pilot group is going to reward them with a crappy contract. We're not getting any help there unfortunately.

Thats all PRIOR to boarding, and so that's from the gate PA... where you'll be REQUIRED to be, in uniform, until you board and push or cancel.

I would have been nice if they could have least got a nice pay bump at the end so we'd have something to leap over.
