When we are bought by Delta it looks like some pilots will be able to move over to mainline, that's the initial rumor. My bet is it is some kind of flow similar to compass.

If they bring over 800 guys from Pinnacle that would solve the 717 staffing issue that they will have the next few years.

I dont mind giving guys an interview but to just let them flow through the door is not the best option IMO.... Just my thoughts....

My thoughts, the airplane I've flown for the last 13 years were owned by NWA/DAL. The paint the emergency briefing cards, everything signified to the passengers that it was a mainline airplane. I have already been a "NWA/DAL" pilot for years. Just with inferior pay, support structure (management). Get off your high horse.

I don't like the idea either, but as Johnso29 says above, they have to give a deal sweet enough that 1500 guys who are guaranteed to lose their jobs to vote yes.

No high horse here. You should know that there are way too many crazies high up on that seniority list.

If you want to come over, you should have to do the dance. The CPZ guys did it when they interviewed. I was 100% against the XJ flows since they didn't.
