Reading about flows is a lot like watching Mark Sanchez playing quarterback.
It's a bit of a train wreck. Looked for a picture of Mr. Sanchez and ended up finding a picture of a rumored girlfriend. An Auburn girl who denied it. I'll post that picture instead. http://www.terezowens.com/wp-content...0/headshot.jpg hey, it's better than talking about flows, eh? War Damn Eagle |

We are beating a dead horse. There won't be a flow. Hopefully other Legacies will hire in the next six months.

It's definitely not a 5 minute interview. Besides, with all of your experience, you shouldn't have a problem....unless you have a problem.
the thing about the interview is they want to see your personality. Sure you can fly seventeen years at a regional with a clean record but that doesn't mean you're not a [insert colorful metaphor] that everyone hates flying with. Being a a [insert colorful metaphor] won't necessarily get you fired, but that doesn't mean you get to be hired. my impression of Delta pilot hiring was that they wanted records to prove you're a good pilot that can pass training. No sim eval required. After that they wanted to meet you in person and see who and what you are. seems to work well. |
where is the clamp show?

Thank you for just reinforcing why I think you should interview at the mainline and undergo probation. I kid, I kid. They can retract the landing gear on command. |

My thoughts, the airplane I've flown for the last 13 years were owned by NWA/DAL. The paint the emergency briefing cards, everything signified to the passengers that it was a mainline airplane. I have already been a "NWA/DAL" pilot for years. Just with inferior pay, support structure (management). Get off your high horse.
