Where? And who were the original owners?

IMO, The a321's if they come will be grouped into the 320 pay rates. Just like the 737's, M88/90, 757/767.......more of the same to come.....

The 739 pays more than the 800/700 right?

The 321 MTOW is above 200,000 lbs.

Ftb's basement if it's good news, purple stain's bedroom if they're ugly. Lumberg if they're outrageously good, and ftb again if they're outrageously funny.

But the 757-200 and 757-300 pay the same.. (as the 767-200 and 767-300)... I'm just playing devil's advocate... I think there should be more pay for more people/cargo.

The only pilots that I can think of that would be happy to see Delta get a321's, would be the pilots that are currently being forced to fly them. Give me the oldest, tiredest, most worn out 75 out there, before making me FOLLOW the newest, shineyest, underpowered 321.

What IF...

We (and by we I mean DALPA) were able to negotiate a NEW pay rate for all the 757 replacements, ie. all 737's and all A319/320/321's, to equal 757/767 pay?

Hummmm....

Then would we be beoching about getting new (used), little airplanes?

I was very dissapointed in the last T/A, that they didn't put the 717 at the same rate as the MD88/90. What I would like to see is, all the narrow bodies, pay the same, and all the wide bodies pay the same. The arguement you make to management is, it will save you a Bazzillion dollars in training, and will reduce the need to hire, since fewer pilots will be locked up in training.
