Before you guys embarass yourself going after Penguin, he was responding to Shiz's extra dig in UCAL, and probably had it coming. None of us have much to brag about WRT Scope. I'm OK with the tradeoff in the last TA, but let's not forget we allowed more big horses out to pasture, even if it was to get a bunch more ponies back in the barn.

AS Codeshare Passengers on Delta Metal Flights

For Q1-Q3 2012, AAG placed 319K domestic segment passengers on all Delta metal flights. The full year 2012 contribution is estimated to be approximately 425K domestic segment passengers.

Not exactly even is it?
And what was the total AS passengers on DAL, not just domestic?

Kudos to the MEC Codeshare comittee for putting out the informative AS codeshare synopsis. I really does put the AS codeshare in perspective and shows long term trends.

I'd love to see a similar analysis with trends done on the Transatlantic JV but that information doesnt seem to be forthcoming...

Cheers
George

I just noticed that also. Funny how he left that little part out. Oh wait, it's a huge part!

At one time or another, I flew with both him, and later with the copilot. He was indeed, a strange bird. In the old days the EEC switches were just below the engine cutoff switches. (since moved to the overhead).Lady luck was with them that day. It was the copilot`s first leg out of training, and the flaps were still down, hence ignition was still sparking. Copilot, (first name Jeff, now retired) just put the fuel switches back on and saved a plane load of people. Then, the dumba$$ captain got on the pa and told the entire load of passengers what he did. Then proceeded to CVG. Got banished to perminent first officed status, but he just retired. Later killed in a seaplane at oshkosh.

What "international" flights does AK do that we codeshare on?

Remember at least one leg on each end MUST be on DAL metal...

Are you contesting that DAL could not support the international flying out of SEA with out the AS Codeshare?

Seriously? Are you really saying that?

The new MEC Chairman has been in office 3 days!!!!! You're not going to give him some time to direct his chairmen?

That is asinine and unreasonable. Give the new leadership a fair shot. Jeez. Everybody's a critic I guess...

You might be right that most everyone is a critic, but some have to play the morale officer, so it takes all kinds.

Maybe George would also accept/ have acceptex a report from the previous administration? It's about the numbers, not the author.

And please quit yelling. !!!!!
