Guy in my squadron is a furloughee and has been on mil leave. His 5 yr clock is up and he just recently got a call from Delta offering him the chance to come back...he is in class or will be starting class shortly.

What in the wide wide world of sports is going on? Every month I've been jumping up seniority wise. Now in march I went back down a number? They accidentally chop someone off the furlough list and now they're back??? Anyone else see this?

Don't know if this is the case here, but people get fired. They're removed from the seniority list. They go to an arbitrator or settlement. They get their job back. They're added back to the list where they used to be. You move down a number.

According to Carl the MD bid is suppose to be out on March first to coincide with the 744 announcement!! He is never wrong! But where is it? The first is almost over!!

Here's to the SpaceX crowd....and hopefully this will help erase the image posted by FTB of 80 in tight pants.

These three girls just asked 80. Is that a rocket in your pocket or are you just happy to see us? Mind if we hop on?

Yeah I figured something to this effect. Just disconcerting is all.

My numbers are straight from crew resources. March will be updated again tomorrow. The ALPA numbers vary as they are counted at different times.
Why don't we just declare that you are both right?

I think it's clear that in the last year many pilots on mloa have returned, probably at a higher rate then normal. While new hires are great, it's also great to get these guys back actively flying. If the net result is no off the street hiring, because these guys are coming back at an accelerated rate, then so be it. Eventually the mloa list will stabilize.
