My son just about raised himself and never gave me even a nano-second of problems.

Well fortunately I have only one girl. But I think she may give me as much trouble as two could. :D

You end up doing back side of the clock flying on pretty much every fleet except the 88. 88 don't care, it kills you through the longest checklist you've ever seen.

I flew sooooooo many redeyes on the 737....

True, but you flew on the backside of the clock less as compared to international flying.

That's debatable at times on that fleet. leaving atl at 5pm, flying 6.5hours to brazil... getting there at midnight... 24 hr layover, leave just after midnight and get in at 7am.

I'd look back at a months flying during the winter and realize that I had only seen a small handful of daylight hours!

Flying international is a choice too. I have flown with many senior guys who give up the cash for a better quality of life on domestic aircraft.

Yep-and likewise, many guys at Fedex fly purely day domestic trips.

I'll bet that 777 with the completely quiet (free of pax and FAs) bunks is easier on the mind amd body than LAX-JFK 737 red eyes.
