Just curious why it was so necessary for DAL management require such a substantial pay cut at Endeavor (formally Pinnacle) when as stated above, such strong earnings.

Didn't Endeavor pilots vote "yes" to the pay cut?

Management will pay us minimum wage if we let them.

Congratulations to DAL employees and your profit sharing. Just curious why it was so necessary for DAL management require such a substantial pay cut at Endeavor (formally Pinnacle) when as stated above, such strong earnings.

They didn't need to. Just like they don't need to increase premiums for health care. They do these things because they can...

Your daughter stops over on Saturday after work to say hi. She takes a shower before the company picnic and then has a piece of your Key Lime Pie. She has another piece because you make a great pie. You give her a hug tell you love her and then wish her fun at her picnic. Then three days later you get woken up on a layover with a phone call to realize that you will never see her ever again. It is quite trite but true. Enjoy every minute with your kids and family.

But you know he won't come back with a TA that's already been signed and threaten how horrible plan B might be. Then again, some attorneys do behave that badly.

Indeed. The key point here is the attorney passing it on with an opinion instead of a threat of disaster.

OK, I see your point. I have no way to gauge the pressure you describe, but I understand your argument. Tough for me to verify what actually took place, but the TA was not the best I've seen. I voted for it, and am sufficiently comfortable with my vote, but it was fairly close to missing the mark, as far as my vote went.

I missed your post while typing mine. Please tell me this is some sort of hypothetical?

Alfa, I'm so very, very sorry for you. I'm going to take your advice. I think it's the most respectful thing I can do.
