Company wants it one way while Union disagrees and a probe stuck in the middle

Welcome aboard bohicagain!

If you are on probation, just do what the company wants to the best of your ability. Us old guys will duke it out for you. :D

One year I gave my wife a really nice socket set. The next year I gave her a bush hog. She loved both of them. Whenever I tell FAs that they say "what an ass" and I respond "Thanks, I have been working out"....

Excellent response from DALPA Contract Admin...

Me thinks SD is "negotiating in public" with the Reserve obligations letter. I'm not sure that's a good idea...

Looks like I picked the wrong week to quit being a lineholder!

Anybody know where I can get a new shoulder strap for mine?

Hey, you probably already know this, but while on probation, what the company says is your law-- you're not even covered by the union really. Sucks, but you must NOT rock the boat while on probation or you can be terminated easily and quickly with no defense. Sorry to hear this, be careful!
