Can I get a confirmation on something I'm almost certain of--if you deviate from DH on day 2 of a 2-day of a trip that is just scheduled for a 1 leg DH back into base, do you still get the full credit for the trip if it's a GS? Are you just giving up a little of the per diem? Thanks in advance!

money to pay the bills delta wasnt going to have money to pay at the time as well as assets, not to mention a stellar pilot group among other things. ;)

****ed off FA's; super premium flying; DC-9's; Memphis; DPA; a upward seniority shift in ATL; stagnation and a general malevolence towards authority.

But we also got Airbi big and small; Detroit, MSP, & Seattle; a very professional pilot group; different perspectives; more career choices for basing/flying; Far East destinations even if Japan is thorny; one less big competitor; & Richard Anderson.

All above is correct except RA. He was already at DAL. Don't you remember his statement when being appointed CEO, "I'm not here for a merger."?

I think they got to combine two airlines and shape it into what is turning out to be one of the best and most formidable airlines in the country….

And Delta got Newk.

No merger, no Newk.

FTB, how ya been?!

I was probably being a little grumpy. But when I take a look around, I see that compared to whats happening at just about every other airline, we are pretty lucky.

I just didn't see the need to question what seems to be a very successful merger.

I'm going to go get a cup of coffee to remove the grumpiness. :D

I know RA was here before the merge, but he was here to merge so we really got him because of the merge.
