Check page 2. It will show your total credit toward the trigger. It also shows your current GS hours. Double that number for pay purposes.

Odd that an overstaffed airline would be in the midst of hiring.

Did I say they are overstaffed? Hiring normally looks ahead. The hiring they are doing is very small. A few years back they were very short. 1.5 pay flowed like wine. Just like at Delta pilots don't pickup at straight rates if the can get 1.5 or at Delta double pay. When open time gets scarce guys grab what they can at straight rates.

OK, these "People Are Awesome" videos are BS. Had to go through 6:13 of filler before getting to the best part, and then only a 1/2 second's worth of the highlight? Time for some congressional insight into this abomination!

Nix the congressional action...internet order restored.

Much like Delta when open time drops SW pilots start grabbing what they can at straight rates instead of 1.5 rates. The huge difference between SW and Delta is they have no cap so you can pick up to FAR limits at straight rates. That leads to rushing every flight to keep block hours down and allow for more trips for pay under their system.

Not to mention when everyone does that all the time, the historical block time averages drop and then it becomes harder to do it. Eventually even "airspeed alive" taxis, 250 til the marker and all the shortcuts in the world won't get you under block very often, and the company needs fewer pilots to fly the same schedule. #biwinning
