Delta has min, max, and normal too, but those ranges vary depending upon the ALV (min is the bottom half of the LCW, max is the top half, and normal is the entire range). Personally, I find it effective to go after certain lengths of trips throughout the month to hit a target amount of work, and to alter my schedule as needed after the fact in PCS and the Swap Board.

hmmmm this is starting to get blunt enough that I am thinking this is more on purpose...purpose to build a case for a merger. Make it a must. Not buying this battle any more as us/them.
