I am sitting short call as I write this. Reserve has nothing to do with overall seniority,. While I sit reserve by choice for the most part, it hasn't been all that bad...
Are you sitting reserve under the contract or under Dickson's memo? When you are on long call will you acknowledge every assignment within 2 hours as Dickson requires in his decree? (don't tell me. let me guess :D) Simply put => can you turn your phone off and get 8 hours sleep on long call? Contract says yes. Dickson says no. And that is the problem. |

i disagree. i think the economics of outsourcing with 50 seaters became untenable and they asked for a lifeline (a near 30% increase in larger more economical/profitable RJs) and we agreed.
