Usually the scheduler puts it on your schedule shortly after giving you the GS. If it's not on your schedule a few hours after you got the trip, call scheduling and ask. I've had them forget to do it or do it wrong. One time I was due payback days in the bank and I had to call scheduling to get them.

Prediction: the 744 stays on shanghai 2 months due to refuel diversions.

What is the range in hours for the 330-200?

Wait for them to work through their stack of broken rotations and call you.

Is there any penalty for exceeding the max duty day while deadheading? Because what has happened, and often happens, is you are scheduled on a DH flight that basically holds you hostage as you exceed your max duty day. You can't exactly ring the call button from Seat 35b and demand to be let off the jet because you've exceeded your contract. The company gets a free ride to abuse you.

It goes. Always. Pick it up at baggage service. Make sure you save the stubs and use the tracking numbers on the Delta app to track them.
