That's a tremendous amount of capacity loss without a replacement. I wonder what the "company wide update" for asia strategy will be...

I can think of a pretty quick way to pick that capacity right up. I don't think any of us are going to like it though. :(

I guess bainite counted, but idk if he counted the guys that bid off.

It looks like they had 5 extra 777 FO's coming to ATL.

Plus, I didn't think they were supposed to add ANY 777 FO's in DTW. (Like they weren't going to backfill). It look's like they added 14?

Exactly. Top end scope may be coming under fire again here... And how is the transpac LOA affected by this?

Just keep chanting:

The LOA is good. Protecting 85% of our Pacific flying is a big win.

I read this book. Your conclusions were all wrong.

I agree this AE was a tempest in a teapot. More big metal retiring - for the most part continued stagnation. What a disappointment.

I really hope ALPA is aggressive on the JV screw-job.

OBTW - Whoever agreed to a three year measurement window with a one year ignore (I mean cure) period should be voted out of office.

Scoop
