I'm thinking of putting in a VA claim, but I'm concerned about the effect checking that particular box may have on my next FAA flight physical.

Has anyone done this? Was it a problem?

You are fortunate.. mine only wants me to review my arrest record.

Which really makes no sense to me. Could I not be out piddling around in a GA airplane before my trip? Would that not be duty?

Heyas C90,

Told you so. Rather than take good advice from folks who were trying to help you, you decided to characterize them as "flamers."

... and FWIW applying Council 20 logic to Council 44 does not work very well either. Why not get a friend to put your resolutions up in C20, or simply use the C2015 conference calls to advance your agenda to the MEC?

... and stop calling people names who are trying to give you a good vector

Really? I mean, really?

In the initial drafts of the regulation there was no distinction between commuting and deadhead. ALPA (for one) worked to make that distinction.

If you propose we get rid of everything non work related that keeps us from rest, we need to start with our children, ...

I am 10% service connected (Knee) and it has never been a problem. I suppose it depends on what your applying for.

I still mention it when I fill out the form online, under previously reported.

10% disability for hearing loss on VA retirement physical. The class 1 ppwk asks you about it and I just write in what is in my first sentance.

Bar, i didn't call anyone names. Perhaps I just used the wrong term. I said that i got "flamed" on the other forum. I did not mean to call anyone flamers. Aside from me using a wrong term though.....i got "ripped" "shredded" "chewed" however you wanna put it, for simply asking for help since I couldn't make the meeting. And then I got chewed again because I had prior engagements at home that prevented me from going to Peachtree City.

Thanks for all your "help"
