I was really kidding with that quip. Poor attempt at humor and I'm sorry. Would love to see everyone on here in any venue.......even a gladiator party in the Coliseum.

Thank you for the reference. Just because a company makes a policy, that doesn't necessarily make it legal. (Like changing a contract via memo, for example.)

Good point. For clarity, I should have written, "Constitution-wise," or "As far as the constitution is concerned," at the beginning of my second sentence.

Good point right back atcha. Probably should have used the term "legal" vice constitution. I guess I'm not as good a "sea lawyer" as others. :)

I think that's why the legal world can become so complicated. Every word, or omission of a word, can change the entire meaning of everything.

I think iceman should become a lawyer. He has good instincts and could rack up. :D

Did someone say "Rack up"?

Endeavor attrition/ETD update.

We've lost 26 pilots so far in August. The attrition rate has almost doubled.
Of the 14 EtD hires, only 4 showed up to class. The kicker here is that EtD pilots must be qualified for Delta, so the people who don't show up to 9E, are the ones getting hired at other major airlines. Why management would think this is a good idea, is beyond me.

Market forced scope recapture is coming soon, maybe in the next 6 months.
