Endeavor attrition/ETD update.
We've lost 26 pilots so far in August. The attrition rate has almost doubled. Of the 14 EtD hires, only 4 showed up to class. The kicker here is that EtD pilots must be qualified for Delta, so the people who don't show up to 9E, are the ones getting hired at other major airlines. Why management would think this is a good idea, is beyond me. Market forced scope recapture is coming soon, maybe in the next 6 months. |
