Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?
It was pretty easy to get out of the back of the -8, most of the pax were curled up, wretching their guts out, so simple to step over them.

Don't dispute any of this. However, CASM is only part of the equation. What are the RASM numbers? (And, for what it's worth, I have not idea myself). I think that we operate the 717 on many of the old routes as the DC-9 last summer. And we were making a ton of money with the -9. Another issue, the 717 carries couple of dozen less pax then the -9, but also burns much less fuel, is probably at least as reliable, maybe more reliable, and significantly less costly to maintain, as the -9 was getting expensive on MTX the older it got. Hope these comments are helpful.

Endeavor update:
Attrition spiked again, losing one pilot every 8 hours, up from 16 hours
EtD so far: 12 CJOs, however, only 4 showed up, and 1 already quit the first week.
Looks like as soon as someone gets accepted to the EtD, another major grabs them.
The majority of our Captains are going to Delta, with the FO's going to Jetblue.

No doubt! This is however a fleet wide change not just the 757.
The improvements will include power at every seat, new slim-line seats with adjustable headrests, updated bathrooms, and more efficient galleys, or kitchens.
"We're continuing to make smart long-term investments in our products and services to meet the expectations of our customers," Glen Hauenstein, executive vice president and chief revenue officer, said in a press release. "In just six years, we will have made updates to interiors throughout Delta's fleet giving customers improved comfort and more options to work or relax and be entertained."
The Associated Press reports that the changes mean that the airline will be able to squeeze more seats into the planes.
It will be able to add 19 seats into its 757-200s, six more on its A319s, and 10 more on its A320s.
Slim-line seats with smaller, lighter-weight frames from front to back will take up less space. New galleys will also take up less space. Some of the 757s will have fewer Business Class seats to make room for more coach seats, the AP reports.
This latest project builds on changes Delta has made to other aircraft since 2010. All Delta international widebody aircraft will include full flat-bed seats with direct-aisle access in BusinessElite by mid-2014. All transcontinental flights will have full flat-bed seats in BusinessElite by the summer of 2015.

Question. Ihave two pay back days I want to use. I would like to put them on a four day I have. The four day has 1:20 flying on the first day, nothing on the second, 5:30 on the third and 6:00 on the fourth. The total trip credit is almost 19. All the days have coverage and are blue. If I put the pb days on the last two days the trip I would get almost all credit minus first day. Is that correct. Thanks
