Does anyone use VirtualBox to run Windows & PBS Desktop?

I need a bidding solution for my Mac. the PBS Desktop will be the only application I use on Windows. Just wondering if VirtualBox is a viable alternative to VMWare Fusion or Parallels.

Thanks for your help!

I don't know much about VB, but I prefer not to have to be a tech genius to get something like that to work.

I finally gave in and installed parallels and 8.1 on my old macbook pro. I've been impressed with it, no bugs, runs the desktop app flawlessly. When the new MB Air comes out, I think I'll install it on that too. Have to say I recommend it.

As an aside, I got parallels because when I upgraded my Pro to a SSD, macconnection gave me half off on it. Runs much faster now.

I fully expected a working bidding app on the company Tablet that is maybe almost being rolled out, no wait, yes...maybe next week...

Unpleasantly surprised.

This isn't the first time you've made derogatory comments about college profs. My father was one, and was no far left ideologue talking about terrorists. You seem to talk a great deal about respecting facts; how about you tell us that this is your opinion rather than being prejudicial?
