IMO Delta will.earn $6 billion plus in 2015.

26% profit sharing.

Pay attention.
Dear Capt Donatelli,

Please instruct your goons, I mean "operatives," (the ones who aren't illegally interfering in LEC elections) to produce and disseminate a table showing exactly what payout, in percentage of our earnings, we would receive at various profit points. Integers of $5, 6, 7 billion should suffice for this year.

Heck, that bald guy who got FPL to babysit the golf tournament and campaign for Canoll( and get drunk on our dime) is still probably on FPL. Have him program some code for it.

Call it "prepping the battlefield."

Sincerely,
Delta Pilots

P.s. Don't you dare trade our profit sharing away for marginal improvements. Concessions are not an option.

I'd actually be interested in those numbers. Clean that letter up a bit and email it Purple. See what the response is.

There's a shot for it. No biggie.

Is that at the end of production? I thought they were only a little farther than halfway through their order book on that

Btw thanks for the clearing up the designation.

It's VSD, or Vertical Situation Display. It provides vertical awareness along with terrain. It's great in mountainous areas and on RNAV arrivals with a lot of crossing points and restrictions. Think the LAX arrivals for example. It's pretty awesome. A lot of guys don't use it though.

Very cool, I've seen it from the jumpseat. Youse guys are also getting the new Rockwell Collins Multiscan Threattrack radar in the -900's and it will be retrofitted onto all the 737's. It's pretty incredible technology, a huge advance from the 1980's radar the rest of us are using (except 777). I'd be curious to know if it works as advertised, has anyone seen it yet?

Is it similar to what the embraers have? Every time I've been on their Jumpseat, I've thought to myself that their nav system was definitely not DC-9 lead in training.

The way I read next years is the 80/20 split has us paying a maximum $2500 so the max out of pocket for the year is now individual max is going to be $5000.

If someone can confirm or deny my conclusions, I'd appreciate it.

I should edit this and say: This is for the comparable Diamond HSA this year and Silver HSA for next year.

Denny
I have calculated a numerous amount of scenarios for my family. Currently we are Diamond, which will turn into Silver HSA. I will change us to GOLD HSA.

If we spend the same amount of money on medical/RX in 2015 as we did in 2014, it would be cheaper by a few dollars to utilize Bronze HSA.

But, a BIG BUTT ,

If there is an extra ER visit or other Physician visits that inch upward our medical expenses for 2015 by a few hundred dollars as compared to 2014, it would be best to use the GOLD HSA.

GOLD HSA<---Higher premiums ($310/mos) but much lower deductible ($2600) and out of pocket Expenses ($2600+$5000=$7600). Also add your premiums to this for true expense.
**Delta will add $1600 to my HSA while I add another $421/month to equal the IRS limit of $6650.

Last year, it made complete sense to pick Diamond. This year, I pick Gold HSA for an insurance policy because the kids are more active.

If you are confident of your "good" health then the new BRONZE is the way to go.

TEN

Silver HSA: I assume this is just for employee so the Coinsurance is $2500 plus the deductible $2600=$5100 Max out of pocket plus premiums.

Family Silver HSA is $5000 coinsurance max plus $7800 deductible = $12800 Max out of pocket plus premiums.

IN NETWORK for Both^^^^^^
