Just move to Mecca and drive to work......It's not THAT bad!

Save your commuting/hotel/loss of GS money and buy a freaking castle when you retire!

Seriously....Don't commute. You'll live longer!
Disagree. Everybody should commute, especially if you are DTW based. Green Slips aren't worth the trouble and driving to work costs gas money and you can barely get any sleep. Let Delta foot your commuting bill.

In regards to the possibility of a 100,000 block hour reduction - how many international block hours do we currently fly? Is this number inclusive of narrow body short haul type flying to LA and the Caribbean?

This is from the language that Carl posted:

Note: For purposes of Section 1 R., “international twin aisle ASKs” means:

a. for the Company, all scheduled flying in international operations on twin aisle aircraft except any domestically configured and equipped 767-300, and

b. for VS, all scheduled

Hey Timbo, I noticed something maybe you can verify it. If I remember correctly, Finis retired before the announcement of the 55 point retirement, but his name shows up on it.

Now that's cool.

Obtw, whale season opens January 1.

It is quite correct Bar...whether it "appears" that way to you or not. We can now shrink our international block hours by about 100,000 hours per year AND the company gets to keep the Virgin Atlantic joint venture.

Loading data into the bowels of the MEC library one day before the vote is withholding by any definition. I know you call this transparency. I'm glad your happy.

I've been using the Surface tablet for a few days now, and was wondering if anybody else is having trouble keeping it turned off while in their bag. It seems that no matter how I put it in the bag, whenever I move the bag around I find that it has turned back on. Can you change some kind of setting to make it harder to turn on? Kind of hard to keep it charged this way...

What happens to this joint venture if our stake in Virgin is sold?
