Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL) agrees to use its own pilots on trips to London, instead of outsourcing work to Virgin Atlantic.
The decision could help appease Delta pilots ahead of contract talks.

do they have metal shanks? best uniform shoes are ones you don't have take off.

Can't speak to these specifically yet...but I have had several pairs of HPs. none have had metal shanks.

Not sure. I've worn moc or apron toes without an issue. Never felt anyone was checking.

As long as you stay away from wing tips or stitch-toed western boots, I don't think you'll have a problem.
