Wonder who some of the largest private stock holders are (the Investors)?

Richard, Ed, Paul, and the rest of senior management.

They are getting paid very well with Delta's stock price runup, as they should.

So, can we finally talk about RESTORING the Pilot's pay and pension contributions over the past 10 years, that helped make all these profits possible?
Seems the reduced fuel costs impacted negatively for Delta in terms of hedging write downs. Hedging can be good (SWA 2008) or bad. American doesn't hedge and will see a windfall due to the reduced pricing.

No I meant HA as in haha. I meant they could put it in towards out contract, and still have plenty to pay shareholders back.

Timbo - Still stand behind this from 2 years past? LOL.

I was searching for current iCrew Max app & open-time users. Is anyone still using this service? I liked it when I had the free trial, but I was Res and it didn't justify.

I think I also remember a different app that showed open-time - like a network schedule app - anyone help here?

Thanks - Now back to the pre contract opener talk.

Yup, but in spite of that, they still made $4.6 Billion for 2014.

They said 2015 will be even better as they 'unwind' their hedges, and by 2016, they will do better still.

You don't need iCrew Max anymore, now that there is iCrew Mobile, and also, free GoGo hook up inflight to Delta Net. I was on the jumpseat of a 757 going to ATL and I was logged into iCrew. If I was on reserve, they could have put a trip on my line and I would have seen it...in flight!

Looking at the numbers it appears the fuel hedge situation is worse than we thought.

They lost $1.2 billion in the 4th quarter alone.
At current prices expecting to lose another $1.2 to $1.8 billion in 2015.
Could be even worse if the oil price continues to decline.

Those guys lose more with the push of a button than it would cost to fund all the improvements we could possibly ask for in our contract.

Puts things in perspective.

Only if you are trying to use it to.... FLY!

Did I say Jumpseat? I meant Lav seat.

But it doesn't do crap in Airplane Mode (like track your GPS bluetooth signal), so what's the use??

You know Airplanes are Magic, right?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JYAq-7sOzXQ

You also know there are thousands of flight operating around the world right now with many more thousands of personal electronic devices that are NOT in 'Airplane Mode', right?

Yet no airplanes are falling out of the sky. (well, other than those 2 pesky Asian airplanes!)
