TT and SS. I didn't talk to Drew.
I don't think you were on the call reroute. If you were, you would have heard clear unambiguous language agreed to by every rep that profit sharing was not to be traded without further authorization from the reps. That authorization never came before TA2012 was signed by the NC. For you to now claim that didn't happen is a ridiculous attempt at revisionist history. I don't know who you are or what role you played on that call, but you weren't listening...if you were even there. Carl TT wrote quite a bit about the TA and the process, can you produce one quote of his that supports your position? |

I was on the call and knowing TT and SS as I do, I don't think they lied. Therefore, either you misunderstood, or you are a liar.

Sick leave usage Increase?

So 1 person told you that we are above industry average, and we are suppose to take it for gospel?
Between 2012 and 2014 didn't the company *change* the way they track/account for sick use? I believe the old method simply tracked "Lost work days". I believe the new method tracks "Total days lost from calling in sick until calling in well" (big difference). I have a hard time believing that all 12,000 pilots at DAL suddenly increased their sick time by 25%. I have an easy time believing that the low-level bean counters at DAL changed the way they track/account for sick leave and they forgot to tell upper-level management. Then upper-level management looks at the numbers and says "Woah! We've got a HUGE spike in sick leave usage". In reality, sick usage has not change a bit. Only the method of tracking it. Who at DALPA would be able to look into this? Thoughts? |
I wouldn't count on DALPA to challenge the company's sick leave narrative.
One of the DALPA administration's shills on the other forum is squawking the same line about sick leave "abuse." And he's even using pre-merger data (!) to try to make the case. It's disheartening to say the least. Pathetic. |
Delta Facebook got hacked.
I'm not pointing fingers but Alaskan pilots. Just saying. https://localtvkstu.files.wordpress....pg?w=560&h=234 |
An unusual amount of back and forth lately and I am just not on here enough to keep up with it. After skimming through I am now under the assumption that sick leave is "at risk" compensation. Am I close?

Beyonce should be the new face of Delta Air Lines! The 717 doesn't respect art. Everybody KNOWS she's got more talent than the 717! Now give her the tablet, just give it to her! http://i.imgur.com/AxppoWI.jpg?1 Number of individuals credited on the album (excluding the artist). Beyonce: 74, Morning Phase: 15. Number of Producers. Beyonce: 16, Morning Phase: 1. Number of instruments (not vocals) performed by the artist on the album. Beyonce: 0, Morning Phase: 15. Wasn't even close. Beyonce can sing (and dance…with 18 hours a day of coaching) but she is no where near "best artist". Not even close. Beyonce is a highly polished, highly managed end product of a BUNCH of other people doing the vast majority of the work for her. Beck is a true artist and does most of the heavy lifting himself. They actually got this one right. |

Ultimately the reoute re-construction is limited by having the correct crew & airplane in position for the follow on rotations. However, I sense a strange and wonderful area of complete agreement with PD. Our reroute rules are nonsense. And "interviewing" me for failing to meet a non-negotiated non contractual productivity standard? ***. I'm bringing a union rep and my personal attorney and probably a lawsuit. OFG
Am I required to answer that? What part of the contract requires me to answer that? I do not consent to any search. Am I free to go? |
