Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?
Ok so I stand corrected. If they bring us a POS TA, we vote it down.
If this contract doesn't meet our expectations, in this environment if they can't negotiate an outstanding contract, they are done here at Delta.
They can act like they are smarter than me, and that they know what's best for me all day long and that doesn't bother me. All I care about are results, and if they don't produce results this time around, I am done with them and I suspect there are many others who feel the same way.

DLnet down again
I am doing my taxes via one of the specialized airline pilot CPAs. He is asking for my entire schedule from 2014, is there an easy way for me to get this information in one concise printout?

What is the chit chat forum? Is that the DALPA forum? I stopped going there a long time ago.

That said I agree that there is often an arrogance of "trust us, we know better" that needs to stop.
THAT said, despite the constant teeth-gnashing and boo-hooing you read in this place (which apparently is far more genteel and less toxic than the chit-chat site, which have I have never visited, nor ever will), DALPA has made a lot of very good, incremental gains on what I call the "margins" of the contract. The list is getting quite extensive, but it includes:
- 5.15 Calendar Day Average, which also applies to reserves (never happened before)
- Vacation Slide
- Vacation Any
- pos space deviating from deadhead on front and back end
- bidding for CQ
- Vac Slide across bid periods (I get both a Thanksgiving AND Christmas vacation in 2015 thanks to that nifty little feature)
- Hotel for qual training at your base (in earlier years if you were ATL based and had qual training, it was crash pad time)
- Hotel for CQ if you live more than 50 miles away
- PS travel for travel to CQ or qual training, even if training at your base
The list goes on. We did not have many of these things in C2K, and had NONE of them prior! The one work rule change that C2K had that was vastly superior to what we have now was the reroute rules. They rocked then, and suck now.
I expect my reps to put the pressure on the Negotiators to beef up pay, scope, and reroute protections. They shouldn't have to worry about too much else, as they have already greatly improved a lot of those things in earlier agreeements.
Ron Wilcox. Both our Orthodontist and Oral Surgeon recommended him.

I use the Pro Diem folks. Their website is a mangled mess (way too many colors, references to Windows Vista, but not Win 7 or 8!) but the end result product is quite good, and one of their attachments will give you an entire year's summary of your flying.
Man with all those green slips I did and with record profits, My check was double to what I'm used to getting.
I say heck NO to giving up our profit sharing for a raise. This is our bonus. Management doesn't factor there bonus into their raise/salary.
