So it's April first and the cure period is over, did anything get filed or is it on hold due to negotiations?

I'm not sure where you got that information, but this is as of January:
LAGS allowance for non-uniformed crewmembers: If you are not wearing your uniform through the KCM checkpoint, it is highly recommended that you comply with the 3 oz. passenger allowance for LAGS (liquids, aerosols and gels). If you are selected for additional security screening, doing so will prevent you from having to dispose of any such items exceeding the passenger allowance. If you wish to take advantage of the allowance for LAGS, you must be in uniform when using KCM. Changing into uniform after being selected for additional security screening is prohibited.

Last week I looked up whether I could go thru KCM as a nonrev. Apparently TSA doesn't care, but our FOM says if we are traveling in a non-duty status, we must process with regular passengers.
He said "you are not subject to the liquids restriction if you are not in uniform" --at KCM. That is not the case. You ARE subject to LAGS restrictions if not in uniform at KCM. You may not be inspected, or you might be inspected there, or at the gate. If you're not in uniform, then the several bottles of wine that the OP asked about will be confiscated. And you can't go change into your uniform after the inspection begins, the TSA considers that to be a violation for which you could be fined.
Take your chances if you want.
EDIT: I see what you are saying... if you are screened AT the KCM checkpoint while not in uniform, you ARE allowed the exemptions. Clear as mud! But you have no way of knowing if you'll be screened there or at a pax checkpoint.

Non-rev question?
Do ASA, ExpressJet and SkyWest all have the same pass privileges as active duty Delta mainline employees on mainline flights? Just wondering. It came up on a recent trip, and I think they get S-2's and go by straight date of hire with us on our flights, but I'm not sure. It seems kind of BS as a 17 yr Delta employee to get bumped back by a EV with a better date of hire. Anyone know the rule? Thanks!
