I think we can safely say that tsquare, I mean bender, will be pushing hard for us to vote yes for any TA Dalpa produces, regardless of its contents.

I don't care how you vote. I really don't. It's none of my business. I only hope that you decide based on the facts whatever they are, and vote accordingly. I have absolutely zero interest in influencing your vote. I am interested in discussing parts of the contract with those that can maturely do so however.

Edit: Oh, and are you and Carl coordinating your attacks that out me as Mr tsquare? Amusing to say the least. You still have a few threads to go though.

I really hope you are not a rep.

I'm not going to negotiate with you on a public forum.

I would support one pay band: all DAL CAPT get paid $2,000/hr and FO's make $1,900/ hour. That should solve this problem.

Now is that based on sign-in, door closure, or wheel-spin? Either way it better not be on Wednesdays.

I am a line pilot just like you. Nothing more. We are not negotiating. We are merely exchanging ideas. I want to be convinced that pay banding is this big terrible boogey man that everybody alleges it is, but I have yet to read anything concrete that defines it as so other than hyperbole and allegory. I get that it might reduce headcount, but I still believe that it will hardly be noticeable. Can I prove it? Nope. I believe that the growth we are about to experience will outstrip any compromise that this might entail.

And if FOs got a mere $100/hr less (5%) than CAs, at the rate you propose, the right seat will go ungodly senior.

Not really, unless I'm really senior.

I don't condone that particular identity game they play, but you and them are slowly turning into opposite sides of the same coin. Arguments for argument's sake are tiresome. Especially when you feign not understanding another person's argument, but aren't coming out with a clean point of your own. All you seem to do, is ask questions, and take issue with every answer you get, without taking ownership of an argument of your own.

Carl's game is clear: he wants to discredit anything ALPA, or certain people within ALPA, do. All you seem to want to do is to discredit Carl, or some other ALPA people. You, PD, Carl, and Jerry are occupying the C2015 thread for that purpose. Isn't that enough?
