Thanks for checking and for the reminder. I am absolutely perplexed how clearing my history on IE on my laptop can fix login problems for both IE and Chrome on my laptop as well as login problems on my phone. Makes no sense yet somehow works. Only Delta.

This is key, but too many people want to GS so this rarely applies.

Bidding question...I can't find the answer in the Scheduling Handbook. If I bid Minimum Credit (I usually do to better the chances of getting a line since I'm on the reserve bubble), but then add rotations to my preferences that exceed the minimum credit window (i.e. a 12-day trip), will I be awarded the trip if I can hold it or will it acknowledge min credit first and then not award me the trip based on the min credit preference? Asked a couple of folks and there's some confusion. I'll call ALPA scheduling when I get back in the states, but hoping someone has the answer here first. Thanks!

Since you're out of the country I would shoot an email to the PBS committee. In my experience, they'll get you an answer and are usually pretty quick on the replies.

Oh, good call. Hadn't thought of that. Thanks for the reply.

Edit: I was able to login to travelnet via Icrew. Still can't get in the normal way via Deltanet. Or login to Deltanet the normal way either.
Happened to me twice in the last week. Call PSC and ask for transfer to IT help desk. They can fix it. I asked why the issues, got a story about not actually logging out every time and the system seeing me try to get in from more than 1 location.

So every credit card, bank agency, and online retailer on the planet has a web page that lets you close it in one place and then login again from anywhere else in the world, but it's our fault for not properly logging out of deltanet... noted. If their mission statement was incompetence they wouldn't be able to do a better job of it. At least they blame the customer for their shortfalls.

To my knowledge, bidding minimum credit doesn't affect your ability to get a line. The system will give you a line if it can... even below the threshold. Bidding minimum credit just stops the system from adding an additional trip or two that would still be in the line construction window.

This is true, but remember the company can also limit the number of minimum or maximum credit bidders. PBS administrator sets the threshold (within the LCW) and also controls how many, if any folks get min/max credit.

So, it wouldn't prevent me from getting a trip that I bid even if the value was above the minimum credit threshold? Is that what you're saying? I guess the question I'm asking is should I delete the min credit window preference on my bid? Does it matter?
