It doesn't give you numerical tops values only a colored scale with darker colors being higher tops. I helped beta test it and the only place I've seen a correlating color-to-tops chart was in the email I received from IT. It doesn't appear to be in the app.

The color-to-altitude index is in the Legend in the upper left of the map view. Open the legend and swipe left with one finger and you can browse the index scales for turbulence, cloud tops, hail and lightning.
