No thanks, my spouse hates me for about 5 days every month. And I never know when that 5 day stretch is approaching.

Not looking forward to the outcome if I'm wrong.
Find the PBS committee email address on the ALPA page. Someone there can look in the computer and tell you what your November bid is / send you a copy. Good or bad, you'll know...

One of them already PM'd me and did that for me. Looks like crisis averted. Thanks for all the advice and help folks. Much appreciated.

I'll get a couple of days warning. I get comments like: 'You're a worthless piece of sh!t', 'you've ruined my life', 'you only think about yourself', 'the kids aren't really yours'...you know, that kind of stuff. Then I know it's time to put in a white slip. The extra money usually quiets her temporarily.

Good one!

Every time I log on to PBS and it asks me to "Synchronize", I'm always disappointed it doesn't sync to my wife.

Maybe an AVOID command that works? Something subtle like, "AVOID high double fudge ice cream consumption date range _____ to ____"

That would work at my house.

What’s the current min time between rotations? I definitely remember it was 12 hours previously but seems lower now & I’m unable to find a reference.

Thx!

For me the "first sneeze of the cold" manifests itself in the form of ultra critical analysis of my driving. If we get to the stop sign at the end of our street (only 2 houses down) and I get some pointed "advice and a critique" about the way I executed the backing out of the driveway and the 100 yard transition out of the neighborhood, then I know the curtain on sh!t show is being drawn.

Can we make that an avoid bid please?

I firmly believe in the seniority system, but can we not get a provision for some white slip priority for these events? Ever since my darling admitted to "feeling hatred coursing through" her veins during this time I sleep a little less soundly...
