iPads are cool but not so cool as to work for free on days off just to get it a couple months sooner.

Yeah no idea, if the terms are such that it isn't worth my time then I'll happily wait.

Last 3 times in a row I’ve gone to change my seat for a deadhead and there is no economy comfort. Then when I check in, 2 of the 3 agents gave me EC. Anyone else seen this? Not sure if this is just coincidence, but it’s definitely a change from normal ops for me. Usually there is a seat.

I wish we had better language for deadheads

Don't know about your leg, but I've had it where EC taken weeks out by FF, then day of, some FF get upgrade to Biz, and voila right before the jet leaves, EC seats are open.

Ya I’m not a conspiracy theory kinda guy, it’s just slowly becoming the norm to not see EC available at check in now.

Speaking of conspiracy, look at ATL rotation 0373. Since when the heck to 88s get six day trips?

Rebound 12-11-2017 06:46 AM

I just saw the 6 day trip too. Gave me chills!

It's an NYC 4 day trip but since their manning is low they covered it in ATL with a DH on each end. 6 day trip.

Yeah, that would've been a great trip to pick up out of open time for a commuter but it was specifically coded to only go to an ATL RES. I have no idea if the guy who got the trip is a commuter and thus got a good deal, but I know as an in-base guy on NB reserve I'd have been pretty disappointed if I received a 6 day trip. Especially knowing the reason I got the trip is the company can't figure out how to properly staff the airline, and I'm just a cost saving technique.
