Can our IT department possibly get any worse? Can't even see my paycheck or go to "Self Service" anymore on my Mac.
Unbelievable. Yeah, yeah, "clear your browser history" GMAFB! |

I logged in and used the quick links as the my paycheck under my tools no longer works. The quick links on the right to my paycheck let you go there.
Click on that, and click on Self Service after July 1. From there click on My Money (not particularly intuitive since it has other options listed on the tile but no paycheck. Dumb). Then Pay Statements. Works on safari for sure.... FWIW it looks like they got mine right, so there's that. As far as I'm concerned, this is absolutely unacceptable to roll something out as messed up as this. |
When it does pull up, it's black text on a dark blue background. You can't read any of it. Good job guys.

The problem is our employee website was contracted out to a vendor (probably MS) 2 years ago. It's all "app-based." It's been downhill ever since.

Any one have a solution or do I need to hire a black hat hacker so I can see my paycheck info? :D Scoop |

Someone posted this on facebook. Was awesome first time. Now it wants a password. Anyone know how to use this? |

Can anyone get it to work on the surface via the edge browser? I get to the My Money page but after I click on it I just get the "spinning balloon" thingy and it never loads?
I have 2 Macbook laptops and the new paycheck website seems to work fine on both when I use chrome, but is hit or miss with Safari I have started using Chrome on all my electronic devices because it just seems to work. |
