What I am also for is tightening up the PWA to provide less productivity to the company - you know faster upgrades, more WB Captain positions, more NB Captain potions etc. I would rather us all get paid more for the time we do work then just work more.

But if as a Pilot group we decide to give the company productivity increases that is fine too - every man for himself and when the hiring slows down - which it will, well too bad for the guys on the bottom.

I didn't think you could either, but didn't know so I figured I would try and they made it work. The trip shows as a WS once you pick it back up and they can see the history of you using the PD to drop it.

I dropped and picked up a trip on the same PCS run once. When I called scheduling to use my payback days the scheduler said no problem. It wa done within a few minutes. TOFF on my schedule.
