Dont forget the food pyramid. Interest driven nutritional guidelines almost guaranteed to precipitate chronic disease that then feed big pharma with clients.

What how and when you eat are powerful tools to influence physiology. Finding what works for you and engaging in a change in dietary lifestyle change can produce significant improvement.

In my case was 254lbs bp pushg 130/80. After 215lbs. Morning bp typically 90/60.

Become a vegan -- or at least a vegetarian.

No, seriously.

Curious, what property would that be? Never paid attention since I don’t have the credentials to pack heat in GA, but I assume the Delta campus might be a gun-free zone. But if one were properly permitted, why could they not be armed, hiking between a hotel and a VA area, establishment, aside from the ole “ gunpowder and alcohol don’t mix” adage?

Son is turning 19 in a few days and is full time in college. When you read pass and travel rules, it says they can stay a "dependent" without yield fare from 19-24 with full time school status.

Pass site doesn't say where or how to send in proof of full time status.
Does Delta ask you for this, or are we to be proactive to avoid him falling into "non-dependent" yield fare status?

Thanks

I think they were referring to the walk to and from the training center. If you want to carry to and from Spondivits or Waffle House it’s between you and Johnny Law.

You don’t need to take action. They do however randomly audit student status and will call you if they want documentation.

.
While both of my kids were in college, DL audited us every other year for each kid. Just had to send in a copy of the tuition current and paid page from the univ.

Hey all, I did a search in the pwa, and can’t find what you are supposed to do if you get jury duty that conflicts with a trip as a reg line holder. Who do you tell or call first?

Never mind, it’s called legal duty.

You need to contact Pilot Leaves. Details start FOM page 27.4.1...including a link to a Pilot Legal Duty Request form you need to send in.
