On a much less controversial note, I just ordered some new shirts from A Cut Above. I cannot overemphasize how great their shirts are (especially after hearing all the dissatisfaction with the new official vendor). I never have to iron, they are very comfortable, and they have a huge array of sizing options for the perfect fit. I had a question about my order so instead of buying online I called and the salesperson on the other end gave me an additional 10% discount. Go figure.

$160K in a 14% bond rate market, vs $350K in a 3.5% bond market. Hindsight is 20/20, we know the performance of money from 1986 till today. It is fully possible we could repeat, but consider the DOW would have to go to ~500,000. In other words, the captain in 1986 was paying off his debts in much cheaper dollars, while earning unparalleled gains in the market.

When interest rates normalize at a historical 7%, today's captain is making more. You will find out what I mean over the next decade.

I order my entire uniform from them, no one is better. I recommend Allen-Edmonds shoes as well.

I wish someone would make the perfect iPad bag.

You are in violation of the FOM. You’re costing the official vendor (and whoever’s getting the kickbacks) money.

Consider yourself on double-secret probation.

I already said before that I joined the industry at a pretty good time. It's people like you that I think about when making my comments. I don't base my opinions of historical events only on how they affect myself.
What is your goal here? Where do you want to work eventually? If you want to work at any legacy you should consider changing your attitude.

I urged you to take a breath to see the positive situation you are in, and appreciate it. You choose to blame others for your plight at Endeavor. One’s character is determined during the worst of times, their struggles. It is very telling that during a very lucrative and opportunistic cycle you choose to dig up buried bodies and cast stones at others.

The Co. took over the pilot retirement in 1972, until that time the pilots paid in monthly to the retirement fund. (Ask me how I know.)

Poopplop does not work for Endeavor.

They're good shirts. They do tend to fray around the collar and shoulders area, but that can be mitigated by shaving the piling off with an old razor. Very comfortable and one of the better true "no iron" shirts out there.

I can hear it now: "You goin' downstairs for a drink?".... "Nah. I gotta shave my shirt."

A poor decision made under difficult circumstances is still a poor decision. Anybody in this industry should understand that. Therefore, I don't care if you don't take kindly to me explaining the truthful history and consequences of the decisions made. If you want someone to pretty up the story so it looks better for you, please ask someone else.
Wow, just wow...

It’s taken me awhile but I’ve finally figured out you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about.

I apologize to the rest of you out there for debating with someone who’s obviously a genius in his own mind but who doesn’t know **** from shineola.
