That’s right. And you cannot slide the vac on top of any pre-award. Like training, mloa, carry-in, or a coverage trip. It’s not dependent on reserves required.

The monthly PCS timeline is published on the second page of the bid packs, which is much easier to locate than page ??? of the PWA.
