I’ve never been able to break the code on the coverage awards. I get the concept but have no idea how they implement it. In my category the junior line holder could get the holiday off but 15 guys on reserve got coverage awards for the 4th of July week. Why didn’t line holders go into coverage awards? There are at least a dozen trips in open time for that weekend. It’s even worse the last weekend of the month, 26 of 32 reserve lines got hit with coverage on that weekend. I’m uber junior but always try and get a line because i find I have much more control over the schedule even though I’m deep into the garbage trips.

Without giving us a category to look at its hard to answer your question. It may well be that enough pilots bid the 4th trips so there was no stack. The 4th falling on a Thursday also changes things. Many pilots may have preferred the weekend after off when many parties and displays are scheduled.

Are we still in negotiations with Alitalia or have we lost interest in a deal with them?

As far as I’ve read we are still in, they’re still looking for a partner to invest at least 300 million though.

With Air Italy continuing to grow I would think we are still involved.

Default Wide Report Codes

What does 12NP and 14PV on the wide reports mean? I know what 30TR, PTP, 30WD, SUPP, and vacation codes mean.

Thanks
