Is anyone else not getting a text message along with an ARCOS app notification? It's easy to miss a single "ding."
The ARCOS guide has some nebulous but incomplete information on the last page -- filled with poor grammar and authored by someone who doesn't quite have a full command of the English language.

thought I read a memo or bulletin about a requirement to have 2 or 3 days off after a 8 plus day trip. Can not find it now.

So there I was on a deadhead in the middle seat of the last row when I was reading the in flight magazine, there was a section on our 321s. It said we were getting 127 321 and that we had 127 neos on order too, was this a typo or has something changed I thought we had 100 on order with 100 options

The FCR of the week in this week's update was hilarious. Captain was upset FA didn't ask permission to ride the jumpseat and told him they were riding the jumpseat. Turns out the FA was right and permission is not required. Hopefully it will change the habits of some Captains who want to control everything. Had a 320 Captain try to lecture me and another pilot for not checking in with him on a Deadhead.

The one time I saw an FCR that clearly pointed out a major mistake, the response was, "We normally have systems in place that would prevent that from happening. The Scheduler chose not to use those systems in order to save time. That being said, this was a rare case and you should still trust scheduling."
