Guys and gals quick question and didn't know where to post, already think i know the answer. Went to go book a JS to work today, and couldn't because a new hire is on an observation flight. Obviously the pilot needs to be in the seat, is there anything in regards to this outside the norm, to help a commuter get to work?

It was booked before your window opened nor were you bumped from a booking so you’re on your own. Keep an eye on the flight as sometimes their rotations change. |

Missing link to reserve/vacation calendar
PS reminder for those recognizing the link to reserve/vacation calculator is missing from the bid package in Jan (my category at least).
Go to the Crew Resources and scheduling page -> PBS Help & Resources -> PBS reserve pay calculator (at the bottom). |
iCrew is foaming at the mouth to tell me initial vacation window is opening up for PVACs. But I've click around on this decrepit UI for an hour and can't for the life of me find the breakdown of how many Vacation Weeks are available for bid for each week in the 2020-2021 Vacation year. Help? #boomer
