Lol! I talked to the local Xfinity store and they sent someone out to take a look and see......came back with a no. They then said to call 1-800-COMCAST and see what they say. I haven't done that yet. Heck, I'll get a ditchwich and did the darn trench myself.... Paying a little extra to get it would payoff in the long run........depending on how much extra it costs.

Badge expires next month, anyone successfully have the new one mailed? Don't feel like commuting if I don't have to, plan to call CPO just wanted to see if there has been any luck.

Ive thought about that. The whole problem is the degradation of the signal at distances over 300 feet.

Seems to depend on the CPO office. The DTW CPO says in their newsletter if you Fedex yours in and they'll ship one back out. I've heard others were more difficult.

The other side of this argument that you don’t understand is really really simple. What gives the gov’t the right to say we have to wear one? It really is that simple. And it’s not just the mask. They make you wear a mask, then what is next? How many of your freedoms are you willing to hand over?
Now if Delta says you have to or it’s grounds to be fired, well you have freedom to make a choice there too. Same with any store, do I want or need whatever is in there enough to put on a mask or not? Im not trying to rehash this argument, I’m really not. I’m anti-mask, but I’m pro-keep my job. I avoid stores unless I really need to go in, then I succumb to the wishes of the establishment. And if this offends you, yes I am at the point of I do t really care. In the interest of full disclosure, I’m pro second amendment, pro constitution, and I’m going to vote for Trump. Again. And I won’t apologize for it and you won’t change my mind. Is it 5 o’clock yet? |

I live out in the boonies in TN. I know Hughes has a horse hocky rep. They have been okay by me. Price can be bargained. Beats summer vacation movies.

Got this for my in-laws because the live in an area so remote, the satellites don’t even cover it. $45 per month and they are very happy with it. https://www.centurylink.com/home/?pi...E&gclsrc=aw.ds

I live in the boonies of Louisiana. Only option is Hughes (which is horrible in my opinion). I use a 3rd party service that piggy backs off AT&T. Just a Hotspot for the house, but unlimited (truly, none of this throttling after 25gb). It works fantastic. There are a bunch of companies out there and all fairly reasonably priced. Bix wireless, Nomad Internet, OTR Mobile to name a few. Just look at their respective carriers map and make sure you have coverage. Been running this way for a while with zero issues.
