Did my QCQ today....make sure you have gin and tonic with plenty of lime during the human trafficking's segment.....you'll get scurvy the run time is so long without the lime.

Hopefully not, but it's up to scheduling to make the call. I've had them call me day prior and release. I've also had radio silence from scheduling, and when I called they said they wouldn't release me because of "Weather". Last instance the LCA, on his own goodwill, called them and had me released. Had the LCA not taken it upon himself, I would have commuted in, been released, and been worthless to fly for 10 hours....
I did not commute in for either for on my schedule it said "Removed from rotation for OE" once that appeared I could no longer see the rotation details in MiCrew. I never commuted in, in fact I GS'd over one of them. No issues.
I think for Int'l trips you've been bought off for TOE you need to show up regardless. So I've been told on my side (7ER).

Yes...saw that on a news feed a coupla days ago...the FA didn't just report it, they had plane met(supposedly). Anyway, enjoy the training

thanks Drum. I plan on reaching out to the LCA after the holiday and seeing their take. I really would rather not waste my time commuting and instead go golfing...even though I suck lol
