Another OE trip question. Just saw two separate OEs assigned on my next 4 day trip. First covers the first three days and the other the last turn of day 4. This leaves one leg not assigned for OE. Will they just dead head me up to fly that one leg or will that section be covered differently assuming I get released from trip.

TIA

you’ll still be liable for the uncovered leg, and the LCP should be able to have CS figure out the required DH

Another OE related question.... I'm with an LCA on a 4 day trip. It shows the LCA giving OE to a captain on day 2-4. I still have a leg on day two and then 2 legs on day four after the OE captain is finished. Will I be able to go home during the middle of the trip while the guy getting OE is in the seat? I looked at grabbing a jumpseat and it wouldn't let me do it since it shows I'm still on duty. I assuming that if the LCA releases me, I'll be able to book a jumpseat or positive pace home and then show back up for the legs on the last day?

Sorry for quick hijack, about to fly and then 1 hr to catch a Delta flight that is oversold by 2.

How many pilot JS installed in the 757-300? It’s a NW tail number.

Thank you!

1. Only 757's with 2 jumpseats are the TWA ones. I'm not even sure they're still flying.

What’s the min time between rotations? Is it 12 hours or is that just for line construction and we use the FAR mins once the month has started? Currently on a rotation that is delayed and have another rotation in the morning?

I know Reserves need 12 hours, but I’m not sure about Regulars.
