We are really going to miss you Denny. I’ve been off for the last month but hopefully I’ll have a SEA layover and hopefully we will still be in Bellevue. One of my new favorite layovers with the location change. If I end up there this fall, I’ll let you know. I’d love to have a beer or 3 with you.

Can you elaborate on this for naive me? How do you pull a trip into a month—isn’t a trip established on a certain day/date?

He means swap with the pot I think. You can swap a trip from next month, and add a different trip to the current month. It’d be a different trip but it will drop a trip next month and add a trip this month. I didn’t know you could do this because when you select swap with the pot, it asks you what month you want.

To embellish...u have to put the swap in the template for the month you want to drop (future month) and change the month( or type in) the current month for the trip you want to swap for. The benny is, you beef up your current month for work and pay by reducing the next month max PU limit....thereby putting your WS next month above the swaps. Personally, I bid each month with the last week free of trips so that I can avail myself of this if I desire. I might also add....since it is a swap....you can blow thru the ALV+15 limit . Consequently, you can swap a future 1 day for a current month 5...6...8...day

if I have a 4 day in September, where the total sum of negative reserve coverage is -7.
I can swap that for a 2 day trip in August where the coverage is -19???? Of course that would be starting tomorrow at 0700.
is that right?
