What's the DOH for the NWA Pilots?

Is it 29OCT08 ?

Agreed. Or maybe all this angst could be moved back over to the Merger thread.

Carl,
I think he was writing about Delta's proposal. We all know that it is out of our hands, unless the corrections to the proposals are made.

I don't even know what this statement has to do with anything. Arbitration means that you and I aren't in charge. That's not my definition or US East's definition, it is THE definition. Thus pilots who proclaim what WILL happen, don't get it.

You mean other than the fact that NWA/Republic went straight Date of Hire?

That is absolutely correct. YOU understand.

Carl

Carl,
Dude you have either 1) WAY too much time off and/or 2) Very long layovers at hotels with free internet.

Bottom line is PPL, say bye, bye, NWA and hug the widget. Work out the differences life is too short.

Oh yea, just to add fuel to your inferno, every news release I saw said "Delta completes deal to acquire Northwest Airlines" or something like it.

You guys should shift your efforts toward good PR so as to kick the stock price up.:D

No,

The lists are here: https://crewroom.alpa.org/Default.aspx?tabid=3537

When I get responses like this, I know my adversary is out of bullets.

When NWA and DAL first met, they jointly decided that DAL would be the acquiring company. I've never said anything different, so I don't see the inferno.

First we'll gear our efforts toward putting our best case before the arbitrator. Then we'll try kicking that stock price. ;)

Hey guys: Either wait for the results of negotiations or arbitration... you are spinning your propeller for no good...!

Imapilot2 10-30-2008 03:49 PM

Some think these boards are the arbitration.

Don't recall firing any bullets. And until now, I didn't realize we were adversaries. Just an observation and making conversation to see if you had a sense of humor.

On the second point, it seems your compadres are really hot over it being termed a MERGER and not the other thing. As far as the SLI goes, why are we all wraped arround the axles over something we cannot control. Call your reps rather than post on this forum. I'd call mine but they're about as usefull as tits on a bull.

Oops. Drinking while posting again.

Daddie,

From Chairman Bloch:
"You differ as to how equal, but I think Dr.Campbell was essentially correct in speaking of this being a merger and not some sort of an acquisition."

Now, with that said I don't really care what we call it. Just tell your young guys that an acquisition doesn't allow you to dictate a list (yes, I've had a guy tell me that in a Starbucks line).

But, I guess it did allow you guys to dictate that I now have to wear a hat:eek:.

Yes..........I do have a sense of humor :D
