You can drop until zero. And then your paycheck = zero. As long as there is reserve coverage, you are good to go. Plus, you get your once a year APD meaning you can drop just about any trip. That's what I did for Thanksgiving. No pay either but the reserve coverage levels are like 25% or something. Just put it in, you get in. Every year they credit another one for you.

Oh, I beg to differ. For sure on the songwriter front...drummers? I'll get back to you on that. For starters, how about Coldplay, OneRepublic, Keane, Fall Out Boy, The Fray. All excellent wordsmiths and songwriters. For a drummer, see the Foo Fighters dude, who now sings and plays guitar.

Um, yeah, I'm going to have to disagree with you on the drummer. Neil Pert is the best drummer that ever played. The guy is so fast and precise he sounds like a synthesizer. On top of that his speed is unmatched.

Neil Pert hands down.

Neil Pert is an amazing, fast, technical drummer who has never in his life made a chick want to shake her @ss...so he gets a thumbs down in my book.

Done it.

You might be surprised that we do have professionals involved in every step of the process.

Define every step.

There are no table negotiations like some seem to think. Positions are exchanged on paper. Meetings are held only to clarify positions.

Professionals put together our positions.

Clarify professionals. Are we talking about ALPA staff lawyers?

Pilot guidance is however critical to the process since so much of how we do our job is unique to this profession.

True. Yet, easily communicated to a professional negotiation team.

Try and explain how critical a seniority number is to a non airline person and you will get a basic understanding.

Really?

I mean really? That non airline person you refer to would more than likely be a team of seasoned legal professionals adept at contract and labor law.

Rush has never made the ladies throw panties but it was one of the best bands ever. Secondly, if women don't like it then I trust its good. I have not met many women I would trust on music choices.

Sorry ladies but you are the reason REO Speedwagon sold albums.
