I.e. "If you let DAL get a strong presence in NY, we WILL move the HQ to Florida like we have been saying. BUT if you make sure the swap gets derailed we will be happy to stay headquartered in NYC.

Just some food for thought. Have a great weekend.

Just goes to show you, Schumer can be duped rather easily. Get him to screw the DAL/LCC swap, gain market share into both and then move to FL anyways to be next to your training center and lower your extraordinary business costs.

Actually, to be fair, anyone have a list of the politicians screwing us over here on the slot swap?

That's what I thought the last time.

Hey some cannot beleive that people can simply connect the dots. Not insider info, no dead drops, just the ability to see things for what they are and come up with a plausible conclusion.

Guess we are not as dumb as we look. :D

Well you aren't......

and do I need to restart ATL and/or MD88 sucks posts again? I can always find dirt on ATL. MD88... not so much. I like that airplane and it likes me despite giving me a scar on my forehead for a few days that made me look like Harry Potter.

More MD90s for MSP/DTW! And I have heard that SEA, LAX, JFK (NYC), and ATL ER categories will do more international flying and less domestic, and MSP and DTW will get more of the domestic stuff and less international, on the 755s. Also, not in the travel net yet is a large new swath of flying for MD90s out of MSP, to California I hear nonstop.

I have heard complaining about the ER stuff and the issues it will pose with ATL being an ER only category. Maybe they will back off on that. Time will tell I guess.

Nothing wrong with quiet. I enjoy it.

BTW;

It is not quiet, it is just that the action is not on here, yet! :D

Standing by to stand by.

I feel like a chess piece on a board waiting for manangement to move me. I think it's an appropriate analogy since I'm just a pawn in their game anyway. ;) :p

Maybe I'm a little dense, but what difference would it make to Schumer who maintains the stronger presence in NYC/LGA. I believe it has something to do with Schumer having a strong vested interest in Jet Blue, but I would think that as long as an airline is bringing traffic volume and revenue into the airport a New York politician would be happy.

I'm guessing Schumer looks to profit directly or indirectly with Jet Blue's expansion.
