This arbitration should have been done within a couple of days. The hearings should have been M-TH, list created on Friday, and then the final list announced Saturday.

Seriously, is this that hard? In this amount of time, we could have figured out everyones QOL and potentional income power. Generated an associated value to all of that, and then ranked ordered everyone.
