Gentlemen.
I went through Atlanta on my last trip and I want to thank the South Guys for:
1.) Being so hospitable
2.) Being so friendly
3.) Being so helpful
4.) Being so informative.
5.) Not laughing at me when I got stuck in the security by-pass turns-style because I had so many bags.

P.S. Is there anywhere we can leave our bags when we are "topside" so we/I don't have to break our/my back when lugging our bags up and down those steep stairs going down to ops? I think my back is still at the bottom of the stairs.

Not atl based but in terminal a if I remember right. From train to terminal to fa side of ops in terminal a there is elevator!! Use u badge to work it!!

New, don't feel bad about being stuck in the cheese grater. My initial OE had a 0600 show. I got stuck in the cheese grater at 0530 and had to wait 15 minutes for my badge to reset. Good thing I showed 30 min early!

Many of our pilots are trying to stay in the Military until they have their 20 years in and the military pension and medical for life. Many would also come back to a Captain seat. I know several in this situation. They are however sweating bullets that Delta will enforce the 5 years max military leave provision in URESSA. Many of our 00 and 01 hires fall into this area. Most should be seeing their 20 years in 11 or 12. Not sure many in that status can make it back this fall and have the 20.
