It's posted on deltanet......what does that do to the flows?

Where did Trans States get the money!!??

Dude, 20 mil. That is less than the cost of one CRJ900.

Do not forget TransStates has a purchase order in for a ton of the MRJ.....

One point folks should take away from this transaction is that job security provisions which facilitate outsourcing are NOT job security provisions. If the Delta MEC wanted to negotiate downside job security for Delta pilots and career progression upside for ALPA members the adoption of f-NWA flow provisions was not the best plan of action.

If we review what really happened, we see that the Delta MEC took action to ensure that Compass and Mesaba remained positioned for a quick sale, with or without pilots. I am VERY glad that no Delta pilots had to flow down to those jobs.

Once again, we will likely see the weaknesses of flow provisions demonstrated. As a cheap form of scope, flow fails.

If the 76 seaters depart the property it is my hope we will close that loop hole. We can't claim any of this as a scope win unless we make it impossible for management to change its mind with a different aircraft type.

If they keep them separate, the flows stay intact. If the cert survives the sale, they flows stay intact.

For some strange reason those words seem familiar!

My only question is is Skywest now going to buy Pinnacle Holdings?

Does compass own the 175s or are they leased? $20 mil seems kinda low if we own the birds.

***, O? Pinnacle sold for a week and a half's revenue?

Compass sold for about thee days in Delta revenues. Long term capacity agreements, no pull down of the 76 seat flying.

What is with the bake sale pricing?

I am trying to figure that one out too. I am sure that there is a lot more too this.

Little surprised that DAL would get in to more FFD agreements. Everything ends in 2020 or so which points to a few other rumors as well, but that is so far off to worth any bit of space on here.

If, If and Maybe work for the folks that brought us GoJets.

I'd prefer gold stripes, a seniority number and a Delta Widget on my cap, thank you very much.
